The Principals have a ‘hands-on’ approach throughout the design process. They are involved in all project phases from schematic design through construction observation. Their direct involvement throughout the development process yields the highest efficient service. SDS is organized in a studio environment, where knowledge is freely shared and ideas are tested. Although employees have their individual expertise, everyone is part of the design process.
