Site Design Studio is well known for its holistic and Biophilic approach to design, that incorporates an understanding of the site, program, and environment. This approach creates an integrated design that captures the spirit of a place and extends the design into the cultural, physical, and uplifting human experience of the site. The Principals have a ‘hands-on’ approach throughout the design process. They are involved in all project phases from schematic design through construction observation. Their direct involvement throughout the development process yields the highest efficient service. By exercising a proactive project management style and complete coordination of design team efforts, we ensure that the highest level of design is implemented. SDS is organized in a studio environment, where knowledge is freely shared and ideas are tested. Although employees have their individual expertise, everyone is part of the design process. Site Design Studio is focused on the built project. All efforts progressing to and into construction are geared to realizing the initial design vision and design intent.
